  20. Prepare 2 sdm of margarin (cairkan).

(31). Bika Ambon instructions

  1. Didihkan bahan A, diamkan hingga hangat2 kuku, kemudian disaring..
  2. Campur bahan B, diamkan selama 15 menit, hingga ragi berbuih... Sambil menyiapkan bahan C, blender telur dan gulapasir, hingga larut dan sedikit berbuih..
  3. Masukkan tepung tapioka, tepung terigu, dan tuang bahan A, blender sampai tercampur rata..
  4. Tuang hasil blender dlm wadah, masukkan ragi yg sdh diaktifkan, margarin cair, aduk rata..
  5. Tutup adonan selama 2 jam..
  6. Panaskan oven dan cetakan yg sdh dioles margarin dan ditaburi tepung..
  7. Tuang adonan, mulai oven dng suhu 180C, api bawah,selama 50 menit dng kondisi pintu oven terbuka sedikit(bs diganjal dng sendok kayu)..
  8. Lanjut dng api atas bawah selama 10-15 menit..
  9. Setelah matang, angkat dan keluarkan dr oven,,, potong2 saat kue sdh benar2 dingin/suhu ruang...tahan kenyal dan lembutnya walaupun disimpan dlm kulkas..
